so that和such that的区别

so是副词，与形容词或副词连用，其结构是so+adj.（adv.）+that从句。such是形容词，它所修饰的名词可以是可数名词，也可以是不可数名词；名词前面可以带形容词，也可以不带。如果其后是单数可数名词，前面需加不定冠词a或an。

so that和such that有什么区别

一、后接词词性不同

1、so that：so后边可加形容词或副词。

例句：It was so cold outside that we had to stop the game.

外面太冷了以至于我们不得不停止比赛。

2、such that：such后要用名词。

例句：They are such good students that the teacher likes them.

他们都是好学生，老师很喜欢他们。

二、后面所接名词修饰词不同

如果such后边的名词是由many、much、few、little等词修饰的话，则不用such，而使用so。

例句：He is such a little boy that he can’t lift the box.

他是这么小的小小孩，提不到那个箱子。
